Making arrangements on your day off to exchange vehicles goes too show how BMW Langley and it’s staff are willing to go the extra mile for the customer. 

It was clear from the outset that you have a united positive and happy team whose prime purpose was to make me welcome. I was given the VIP treatment!

Our experience at Langley BMW was second to none. We were treated extremely well from the moment we walked in to the time we left with our new BMW. All the staff did a great job but I would like to especially thank Webb for his help. He handled our situation very professionally and took the time to show and explain everything that BMW has to offer. Webb did a great job!

Sam is such a pleasure to deal with. He has been my service advisor since 2012 for both of my vehicles and he never fails to provide me and my family with excellent customer service, Thank You Sam!

Alrick went over and above when we requested a shuttle service on the day we took delivery of our new vehicle. He promptly picked us up at our residence. Overall sales experience was smooth and painless!

Best car buying experience ever! I've purchased 8 vehicles from dealerships in my lifetime, and I can honestly say I've never had customer service like I received at Langley BMW.

The sales manager Ahmed was very helpful in answering questions when Jay wasn’t there, and in my twenty five years of buying cars, this was by far the most pleasant, least stressful, and enjoyable experience I have had. On a gorgeous Sunday morning I headed to BMW Langley 'in an anticipation and wish' to buy our first BMW! Acknowledging the fact that my wife and I had already visited other BMW stores, our spirits were a bit dampened not by the brand but by the previous experiences we had. But right from the moment we stepped into this store it was nothing but simply outstanding. Our sales person Joe Brar was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our choice and from then on 3 hours passed by and we suddenly realized that we are a proud owner of BMW X3 2014! We went for a fun test drive…. Joe explained beautifully all along the drive… his expertise, attention to details, little lessons and honesty were exceptional. The entire buying experience was as smooth and positive as it could be, exceeding all our expectations. I will refer and share this awesome experience at BMW Langley and highly recommend Joe and all the staff at this equally beautiful store to my friends and family. Thanks again Joe!
Looking for a 'new to me' car and having narrowed down choices, a colleague at work recommended exploring places in Langley as the prices are known to be a bit more competitive than in central Vancouver. To be honest, I was not looking forward to the 'sale' experience of finding my new wheels. The best experience was working with Szymon Fugiel - totally different buying experience. Low key, informed, personable, and high touch service. My experience with BMW and Szymon was very positive - and continues to be as the customer is important. Those of us who buy BMWs apparently buy more and now I can see why - both the excellent product and the positive service experience.
